Is it Possible to Replace Upper and Lower Teeth With All-on-4?Losing multiple teeth makes people lose confidence when they talk or smile. They are also unable to eat many types of food comfortably. Patients who have lost their teeth can experience exposure to various dental and oral health risks. Over 20 million Americans do not have their lower or upper teeth. However, we can easily help them resolve it with dental implants.

All-on-Four

Reconstructive dentistry owes its success to the development of dental implants. The all-on-four implant techniques offer a glimmer of hope to people in need of full-arch teeth replacement. The method supports full-arch dentures on lower and upper jaws. As such, patients who benefit from it can avoid the disadvantages that come with floating dentures. They are also able to save money that they would have used for individual teeth replacement.

The All-on-Four Treatment Procedure

The all-on-four treatment procedure is painless, and we can complete it within a single dental appointment. It begins by numbing your mouth with a local anesthesia to make patients comfortable during the treatment process. Mild sedation is also an option to help you be at ease, therefore, making the procedure smooth and quick.

After numbing your gum's nerve endings, our professionals use gentle techniques to insert screws into your jawbone. After inserting all four posts, we proceed to affix a temporary set of teeth to them. You will need to wear the temporary artificial teeth until the implant posts have completely healed into your jawbone. The last step is the insertion of the final affixed bridge.

Patients may experience tenderness and soreness after the all-on-four implant procedure. We may advise that you consume diets that include softer meals such as eggs, cooked vegetables, soup, oatmeal, and yoghurt. Our professionals will also prescribe over-the-counter medicine to help alleviate soreness. We use proven techniques to make sure that the all-on-four procedure is a success. Don't hesitate to get in touch with our office for more information about the procedure.
